HR INTERN

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic students to join our Human Resources team! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HRIS, and employee engagement. If you are eager to learn, proactive, and ready to apply your classroom knowledge in a real work setting, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily HR operations such as filing, encoding, and updating employee records.

  • Support timekeeping and attendance monitoring.

  • Assist in updating and maintaining the HRIS

  • Help organize and participate in employee engagement activities and HR programs.

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Open to students currently taking up Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related courses from a reputable college or university.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Pasig-based or nearby residence is preferred.
