HR STAFF
As an HR Staff you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and government contributions. You will also oversee timekeeping processes and assist in employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and supportive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Handle compensation and benefits administration, including payroll preparation support, government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), and company benefits.
Maintain and process timekeeping records such as attendance, leaves, and overtime.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records using HRIS (e.g., Sprout) and HR files.
Assist in employee engagement activities, training, and HR-related programs to support a healthy workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years of HR experience focused on compensation and benefits is preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a strong plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
