AREA SALES MANAGER
We are looking for a Area Sales Manager to lead and grow sales in Central Visayas. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing and motivating the sales team, strengthening distributor and retail relationships, ensuring collections, and executing trade promotions.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and expand market share in Central Visayas.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.
Build and maintain distributor and retailer relationships.
Ensure timely collections and compliance with company policies.
Execute trade promotions and in-store merchandising programs.
Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ sales management experience (FMCG/general trade in the food industry is preferred).
- Strong leadership and proven sales track record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willing to travel within Central Visayas.
- Must be currently based in or willing to be assigned to Cebu.
