MIS TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF
Multi-M Food Corporation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS Technical Support Staff to join our growing team. This role is responsible for scanning and documentation of confidential files, as well as providing basic technical support to employees to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Digitize and organize confidential documents through proper scanning, labeling, and archiving processes.
- Maintain and secure both digital and physical files in compliance with internal data policies.
- Assist employees with basic IT concerns including hardware/software troubleshooting, printer or network issues, and email access.
- Coordinate with the MIS team for system-related concerns and escalation of technical issues.
- Ensure confidentiality and data integrity in all document handling and support tasks.
- Perform regular quality checks and assist in system updates, inventories, and maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge in using scanners, office equipment, and software such as MS Office and PDF tools.
- Highly organized, fast-working, and pays strong attention to detail.
- Willing to take initiative and learn on the job.
- Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information.
