INVENTORY CONTROL ANALYST
Location: Maybunga, Pasig City
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring the accurate monitoring, analysis, and management of inventory levels to support seamless operations and effective planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and update daily inventory records with accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile any variances.
- Prepare and update client inventory reports.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee the cycle count process, analyze results, and coordinate necessary recounts.
- Provide regular and comprehensive reports on inventory status and variances.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics and Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Accountancy or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience in SAP is preferred but not required
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
