BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

Location: Visayas (Samar, Leyte, and Bohol) and Laguna

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Associate to oversee and expand our operations. In this role, you will identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead initiatives to achieve business goals. You will also supervise a team to drive business expansion, monitor sales figures, manage customer and client relationships in the region. The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of driving sales, meeting target sales quotas, and managing sales teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Ensure achievement of target sales quotas and other business objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Monitor sales figures and performance metrics to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and competitor activities in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, leveraging an existing network.
  • Handle and resolve concerns from Business Development Associates (BDAs), and customers
  • Supervise and mentor the business development team to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and presentations for potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in developing and managing a sales team.
  • Experience in addressing and resolving concerns from business development agents and customers
  • Excellent track record of driving sales and achieving business objectives. Strong ability to monitor and analyze sales figures and trends
  • Strong knowledge of products and services related to the role and industry
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Can speak the local dialect
