SALES CONSULTANT

Location: GMA Area, North Central Luzon, South Luzon, Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, South Mindanao, North Mindanao

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Field Sales Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our premium imported food portfolio, actively engaging with clients including quick service restaurants, hotels, catering companies, supermarkets, and specialty retail stores.

 

This is a high-mobility, field-based position requiring regular travel to visit clients, understand their culinary needs, and secure new accounts. If you have a proven track record in sales, a passion for the food and beverage (F&B) industry, and the drive to crush targets on the road, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Expansion & Business Development
    • Identify, prospect, and acquire new accounts within your assigned territory.
    • Conduct daily field visits to build rapport with business owners.
    • Introduce new imported product lines, conduct product tastings/demonstrations, and present tailored menu solutions.
  1. Account Management & Retention
    • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and maximize share of wallet.
    • Regularly review client inventory levels and anticipate their ordering patterns.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, product quality feedback, and issue resolution.
  1. Sales Operations & Reporting
    • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and service agreements in line with company policies.
    • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
    • Track and report daily field activities, pipeline progress, and competitor insights using our CRM/sales tools.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or related field
  • 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or lead generation — experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
