DOCUMENTATION STAFF

Location: Sunrise Drive, Quezon City (near Bonny Serrano Ave)

The Documentation Staff is responsible for the systematic management, creation, and maintenance of all technical and regulatory records within the facility. This role ensures that all food safety protocols, product specifications, and operational procedures are accurately documented and compliant with both company standards and national regulatory requirements (FDA, NMIS, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Documentation: Draft and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI), and Quality Manuals specific to food processing and handling.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Affairs: Assist in the preparation of documents for FDA Product Registration (CPR) and License to Operate (LTO). Ensure all records align with HACCP, GMP, and Halal standards.
  • Product Specifications: Maintain up-to-date records of raw material specifications, finished product certificates of analysis (COA), and formulation sheets.
  • Audit Support: Organize and manage the filing system to ensure “audit-ready” status at all times for internal and external quality audits.
  • Document Control: Manage the distribution of the latest document versions to various departments while ensuring obsolete versions are properly archived and removed from production areas.
  • Data Verification: Review production logs and quality control records for accuracy and completeness, identifying any deviations from established food safety parameters.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Must possess a degree in Food Technology. Graduates of Chemistry or Nutrition with relevant food industry experience may be considered.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in documentation or quality control within a food manufacturing environment is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong internship backgrounds in food tech are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Solid understanding of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
    • Familiarity with Philippine FDA regulations and labeling requirements.

Skills

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical writing skills in both English and Filipino.

Aptitude

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict regulatory deadlines.
