AR STAFF - MEXICO, PAMPANGA
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our Accounts Receivable (A/R) Team. As an Accounting Staff–A/R, you will be responsible for recording and monitoring customer payments, issuing invoices and statements, following up on outstanding accounts, and ensuring timely collection. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and issue sales invoices and official receipts
- Monitor and record customer payments and collections
- Follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with Sales and Customers
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and organized customer records
- Prepare regular A/R reports for management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable, finance, or related roles
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Residing in or willing to work in Mexico, Pampanga
