DISTRIBUTION SPECIALIST - BAGUIO CITY
As a Distribution Specialist at Multi-M Food Corp., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our high-quality products to our valued customers. This is a full-time position and involves managing the distribution logistics to support our fast-paced retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets by managing distribution channels (wholesalers, retailers, or direct-to-consumer) and identifying new sales points within assigned territories.
- Coordinate the dispatch of products from our distribution center to various retail outlets.
- Liaise with logistics providers and monitor delivery performance to maintain high service levels
- Maintain accurate inventory records and provide regular reports on distribution activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and partners to ensure compliance with company policies and enhance customer loyalty.
- Identify and resolve any distribution-related issues or bottlenecks to minimize disruptions
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and new product launches
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our distribution processes and systems
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Proficient in using distribution management software and data analysis tools
- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset to identify and address distribution challenges
- Familiarity with the area and its distribution landscape
