FLEET OFFICER - SAN JUAN, TAYTAY
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Officer to manage daily fleet operations. The role focuses on route planning, vehicle scheduling, and logistics coordination to ensure efficient and timely transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily vehicle dispatch and routes
- Optimize operations by planning efficient routes, managing logistics flow, and coordinating vehicle schedules
- Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance, and fuel consumption
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transport regulations
- Prepare basic fleet and delivery reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- With experience in fleet management, logistics, or transport operations (preferred)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Knowledgeable in route planning and scheduling
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Residing in or willing to work in Taytay, Rizal
