FLEET OFFICER - TAYTAY RIZAL
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Officer to manage daily fleet operations. The role focuses on route planning, vehicle scheduling, and logistics coordination to ensure efficient and timely transport operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative and clerical support to the AR Staff and AR Specialist.
- Handle filing and organization of AR documents and accounting records.
- Receive, log, and distribute invoices and related documents.
- Prepare and print Credit Memos (CMs) and other required documents.
- Assist in other accounting or administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or any related course.
- 1–2 years of administrative or accounting support experience is an advantage.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Intermediate skills in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Residing in or willing to work in Taytay, Rizal
