HR ADMIN
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented HR Admin to support compensation and benefits, timekeeping, and overall HR operations. The role helps ensure accurate payroll processes, compliance with labor requirements, and smooth implementation of HR programs that promote a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle compensation and benefits administration, including payroll support and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Manage timekeeping, attendance, leaves, and overtime records.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee data using HRIS (e.g., Sprout) and HR files.
- Assist in employee engagement, training, and other HR initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure HR and labor compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in compensation, benefits, or HR administration.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll processes is an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
