Import Specialist - Head Office (Pasig City)
Multi-M Food Corporation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Import Specialist to handle end-to-end import operations, documentation, and logistics coordination. This role ensures timely, compliant, and cost-efficient import processes while maintaining optimal inventory levels and supporting cross-department coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with international suppliers, logistics partners, and brokers for on-time shipments.
- Prepare and review import documents and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Monitor inventory, forecast demand, and align imports with company needs.
- Track shipment status, lead times, and import costs for reporting and improvement.
- Support the Import Manager in process optimization and cost control initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in importation or logistics operations.
- Knowledge of customs procedures, documentation, and trade compliance.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems.
- Proactive, organized, and with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
